Ethos is definitely my go to dispensary. The staff is cool, the quality of the flower is on point, and the prices are much better than all of the other dispensaries in the area, but I had to knock off one star because I bought a couple of quarters and one of them weighed 5.2 grams. Probably a manufacturer mistake but should have been caught before making it out with an order.

I can’t say enough good things about Ethos Cannabis Dispensary-Northeast Philadelphia. I started going here a few years ago when my previous dispensary was always out of the products I use.
The staff at Ethos N. E. always greet you with a smile and are very friendly. Even though sometimes it is busy when I get there, the wait times are very short. The staff never rush the customers and they really listen to your needs. Everyone who works at Ethos N. E. is very knowledgeable about their products and most if not all of them have used some of the products themselves for various ailments. If they don’t have what you want they are always able to offer you something comparable. They have a good selection of products to choose from, the prices are reasonable and they even have specific discounts and sales on products. I am so happy with Ethos N. E. even if I have to drive 30 minutes to get there I know I will leave very satisfied.

Great service great people working there i no all of them best price for same brand things are cheaper then other dispensaries but weed could be stronger even higher price things my old dealer get better stuff 70%of the time he has stuff that is insane for about same price not much more as the cheaper stuff and better then most expensive

This used to be a great place, like Cheers, everyone was awesome and always knew your name. AK and Jimmy ran a tight ship. Then they left and the CC location closed and they brought in the rudest people possible. Especially the manager. After speaking to me condescendingly and acting passive aggressive he follows me out to the parking lot continuing to verbally attack and berate me. I have service related PTSD and he was hell bent on triggering it. Two days later corporate called to give me a "verbal warning"claiming to have done an "investigation". Never speaking to me about what happened, not looking at the video, but I'm the bad guy? I've been a customer since literally day 1. I've done events there raising money for Veterans. Never again. I'll make sure all of my customers and supporters know. Management follows customers to parking lot to verbally attack them.

I have visited a number of dispensaries, and (for me) I find myself returning to Ethos time and time again. As a patient, I rely on knowing as much as I can about a particular strain, and Ethos has proven to provide the most helpful information when educating myself. For those who what to gain the most out of your product I would suggest availing yourself to what they offer.

Great customer service experience. I’m working with a very limited income. And with the way the economy is extra money is almost non existent. I went to this location which is about a 50 minute drive because they were running a 40 percent off on house brand Eleven, which I’ve been wanting to try. I thought I had exactly enough to pay for what I ordered online. It turned out to be a little more expensive than I thought and I was a few dollars short. The gentleman who took care of me wasted no time in somehow getting me a little extra off so I could afford the order. That right there is taking care of a first time customer. Now I will most definitely go back and will go out of my way to tip the tender a little extra for the lookout.
