The provider that I have seen now three times has always been awesome! She is caring, helpful, and goes above and beyond the scope of just prescribing suboxone for me. The front desk people, however are a different story. They have been borderline rude and distracted every time I have visited the clinic.

Not that bad except for a couple of issues. I go every month and often see someone new, so you don't get to know the doctor who's prescribing you and they don't get to know you. They also have shotty lab work being done whereas these labs would provide false results and don't take into consideration the patients medication list. For example: I take a medication that would make lab work show positive for opiates. Crossroads and/or the labs don't take these in consideration and note properly. The doctor only sees negative or positive.
Now one would say that perhaps it's because that I'm using an opiate and I understand why but if you knew anything about me or my history or lack thereof than you would know how ridiculous that would be. Now, having a proficient lab work is necessary especially for a company that is trying to addicts clean and a mistake can ruin a person's life leaving Crossroads free to do as it wants. Because at the end of the day, Crossroads is a corporation and everyone knows that corps are only in it for the money so they don't care about test results as long as it has the patient coming in more frequently so they can get paid.

Awesome very helpful and respectable Denise the recovery lady genuinely cares n helps. That is the crossroads on Frankford Ave in Philadelphia. However I had to go to the West Moreland crossroads in Philadelphia and it was absolutely terrible. Very unprofessional. The girl behind the glass was rapping and dancing saying F word. Constantly in and out smoking outside and the whole time the office is full and we had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I respectively told her that the reason I pick the time of the appointment that I do is for a reason because I have other things to do and obligations and responsibilities to be at she gave me a wise answer it made it seem like I was doing something wrong by asking when will I be going back to see the doctor. It was a chaotic and frustrating experience and this is at the Westmoreland office it's total chaos there it is like night and day compared to the one on Frankfort where I normally go. Have a good day and God bless you
