During my recent experience, Mo Garcia went above and beyond when assisting me & my family with my first dealer purchase. He listened very carefully to my interests, concerns, and questions and made sure that even after my purchase, I was still satisfied with my vehicle. I appreciate how swiftly, effectively, and detailed he was to propose solutions to my concerns, he made the process feel very genuine with his friendly demeanor. My family is even considering coming back to this location for another purchase. A thank you is not enough for the positive experience Mo! I've been enjoying my vehicle since I left the lot. The team at Sunrise Ford took great care of me! I came up from south Orange County because they had a specific loaded build on a 2024 Ford Maverick. I’d actually done most of the negotiation over text and phone — so my visit to the dealership was fairly quick and easy. Thanks to Bashir, Mike, Alex, and Theo at the big desk ha. Really appreciate their transparency and friendliness, they’ve got a great showroom and a huge inventory in their multi-level parking structure! It was definitely worth it to drive up and back in new Maverick — my son is stoked!

Видимо, именно вторая предназначалась для меня) Условия по ней были чуть хуже, выше процент и больше платеж, но мы с ребятами хорошо поторговались и я купила ее)

My salesman Moises and the Internet sales manager Brandon are the best! I wanted to buy the Mustang Mach-E Premium model in a particular color with the panoramic glass roof. Moises looked everywhere but there were none available. Brandon found my second color choice and got it to the Sunrise Ford showroom the next day. When I came to pickup my new Mustang Mach-E Premium, Moises was there, on his day off, to close the sale and show me how to use all of the car’s features. Thank you Moises, Brandon, and Alex for putting up with me. I love my new Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium with the panoramic glass roof!!!

We purchased a new bronco from sunrise ford. This deal was a little more complicated because we live in Texas so had to do everything over phone, email and text. Chance and Brandon were fantastic in communication and very confident and knowledgeable in out-of-state deals which put us at ease immediately. Once all of the financials were figured out, we went to California to accept delivery of the bronco and drive it home to Texas. Moises from sales and the GM Sara were so welcoming and made the last piece of the experience so smooth and enjoyable. We absolutely love the Bronco and got a great deal and experience from Sunrise.

Nicholas and the team here were exceptional. I felt they really cared I got exactly what I wanted and hoped for. I left extremely satisfied and with a new (used) car of my dreams!
