Very dishonest service advisor. From the beginning, I repeatedly emphasized that I only wanted the necessary maintenance items, and I did not need any additional services. However, he kept pushing for unnecessary services. A basic 70,000-mile service ended up costing me $900. I told him to remove the non-essential items, and he claimed that he could take off the so-called transmission flush but insisted that the fuel injection service was necessary. Since I lack professional knowledge, I reluctantly agreed to add it.

After checking later, I discovered that he had forcefully added a fuel induction cleaning and a fuel treatment on top of the basic maintenance. Everyone I consulted said these are completely unnecessary and highly overpriced services. In the end, this simple 70,000-mile service cost me $450, which is absolutely unbelievable. Why can’t the staff here just be honest? As customers, why do we have to repeatedly emphasize what we want and still end up being misled?

I don’t want to name this particular service advisor because it’s clear this is a systemic issue with the entire shop. It’s truly disgusting.

I will say that having a human voice on your PBX is a commitment to solid customer service. We spend a lot of money on our wheels. That you spend the money to employ a gracious voice on the phone is important. CX service keeps and earns CX loyalty. That friendly voice on the phone? How may I assist you? Speaks volumes. And they know the pulse of the store, she recognized my caller ID and my voice, Hello Ed, Marks on the lot, with a customer, I'll make sure he calls you...
Communication is paramount.

Mark Near went the extra mile, held my hand and made sure every detail was perfect. Trucks are crazy expensive these days, and it is a big purchase.

I cannot thank him enough or give a higher rating than above and beyond the call of duty. No higher vouch or rating than perfect.

I had an incredibly positive experience! My current Mustang was a V6, and was a 2015, and I had brought my car in for a simple oil change. I was then informed that they don't make "V6" anymore, and my car had just a little over 100 K miles on it. So, I thought let me see if there are any other options I might be interested in. There was "1", this option was a 2024 and only had 7K miles on it. I asked to look at the Car fax report, and found it had never been in any accident, and had only 1 owner prior to myself. Being it was well within the factory warranty still, and was "gold certified", I thought to myself, finding something like this was not easy, but here I was, making a decision that will help to safe guard my future from saving exorbitant amounts of money on auto repairs "when" they come around. The gentleman who helped me was a pleasure to work with, and my monthly payments are well within my budget. My birthday ? was 6/20 and I made this purchase on 6/21...so this was an unexpected, but very necessary purchase. I am so grateful to God for having provided for me and taking care of me. I look forward to a long relationship with my Dealership here in Monrovia. This was a "first time" purchase for me here at this dealership. ?

It was good till we got the car delivered
When they brought the car to us after it went through detailing. The detailer tried to remove some marks from the car with sandpaper on a vinyl wrap created a large spot in the wrap. They did it in two different places Roxy our sales person saw it took pictures said she was gonna have the general manager look at it and see what he would do for us because they did that, however I’ve called five times since then nobody returned my call. Nobody help me out. This is the service that I’m going to get when I need something done to the car. I’m very disappointed. I haven’t done any yelp reviews or started my rant on social media, but I am ready because I have not even received a courtesy call they need to fix this issue maybe re-wrapped the the door or the car
