I randomly walked into this store because of the paisley designs and my other friends were boring me and I stayed for over an hour because of Jonathon's amazing service and eye for styles I'd like.
With the hefty discounts and his help finding clothes that fit me, I walked out of there with some amazing velvet paisley black pants.
There were some espradilles I was interested in but they were on hold for someone else so I asked him to let me know if the previous customer bails. Today I bought them, and can't wait to wear them out.
If I had more money I would have bought an entire suit.

Great selection. Helpful service. If you know this brand and their retail prices, you will be very happy with price reductions. End of seasons, they often will reduce more so it's good to be on their mailing list. Still their things are not inexpensive, even at 'outlet' prices but their designs are colorful and they always have a large selection of outfit-making scarves.

I live 800 miles away, but the service I receive is as good as if I was standing in front of them. I feel Very disappointing with the ETRO company, especially the Chicago Location. I been a customer for years and working with phenomenal sales associates. now all the sales associates that I used to work with are not there any longer. Now I feel very discouraged shopping or building a relationship with them since they always have new people, difficult to work with (very unstable store). This is not just in Chicago but in different locations within the USA. this means that there are internal issues with management or internal VP.
