This auto parts store does not stock all parts anymore as it did in the past. You must order parts like brake shoes online, or you can order them in the store, and it will be delivered within the next day or so for in store pick up. All stores are becoming the same. They do not want to tie their money up in inventory. So prepare yourself for an online experience. This is not fun if you are in a hurry.

Manager Pedro and Assistant Manager Steven were pretty unhelpful. I was trying to find a mounting clip for a splash guard. Steven checked a part only to find out that their computer has it listed as compatible with a different car than the box listed. When Pedro was informed of this discrepancy by his assistant manager, he merely threw up his hands and acknowledged that their system was faulty and both of them stopped helping me try to figure out what part I needed. They then stood there and did nothing while I googled it and found out what I needed and had them check stock for the part. It just seems like they didn't care about finding a solution at all. They just sit there and wait to be told what to do.

The advice from the the friendly staff behind the counter is unmatched when trying to save money. I'm grateful to have access to them and the well stocked shelves so close to my home. A pick of my grandsons wagon just for kicks.

I did not know what part I was going to need. But after talking to them they helped me determine whither it was the battery or the alternator. They tested both and in this case both went bad. But the battery was under warranty..

Sara provided excellent customer service and helped me identify possible issues with my vehicle stemming from a check engine light. Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will certainly be returning here whenever I need parts in the future!

Very helpful staff, watched one guy help a senior fully install a new battery.

I ordered a bunch of parts online and it was a messy affair overall (some qty got cancelled randomly). But call in and ask them to sort it out and it's all good. great communication. they will bring stuff between stores within a day or two which is great if you're not in a rush.

the wait can get a little long though, unfortunately.
