I use to like this store until I did not! It is a walking hazard. Everything piled on top of each other. Cluttered shopping isles. Then we will not even discuss the half mile check out line. I just can’t! And this store is hot…it is to much!

This location has so much business they can’t keep up. When you have a line around the perimeter of your store with 4 cash registers open, you are not taking care of your business. This is the second time I’ve had to abandon a shopping cart. At least $100 in merchandise. Do something about this. I love a bargain but I would have given $20 for an open register.

This Home Goods location is full of great products. Just be prepared to wait a long time to pay for it. We just waited an hour on a Friday night to check out. The store had a line that was wrapped halfway around the store and they only had three registers open. 17 cash registers and only 3 were open. They actually had four at one point but she left her register while we were in line. The manager was hanging out behind the registers, but never bothered to open one. Clearly this is acceptable to them since it’s always this way. The cashiers are slow. It’s pretty miserable.

Wow. I’m never shopping at this location again. I was told by a manager in the store that the huge line is normal. She also said they are the busiest store in the Southwest. Who cares? That’s an excuse. I asked if she could help the 3 cashiers or get a couple of employees to help. There were at least 6 employees on the floor putting out stock. I estimated 35 customers in line. I was also told that the line can routinely go to the back of the store. What I shop at TJMaxx, Marshalls, Sierra and have the store credit card. Every city I visit I stop in a store. Dallas, Houston, Denver, Galveston, and all suburbs of those cities. Unacceptable and poorly managed- that’s what this store is! If they have high sales numbers they should get a budget to support it.
Don’t waste your time shopping because you will have another 30-40 minutes in line. And forget running in for a quick gift. It’s too bad. Love this chain of stores. I’ll try a different location tomorrow.

It’s the unbelievable line at all times of day every day. The recent reviews should be an indication to corporate that this is not an anomaly or just one disgruntled customer and take action. They have great products but who wants to come back when you can expect a 30+ min wait in line at minimum every time!! This is a really nice area and should not be so poorly run. Clearly there is a demand and they need to maintain a staff that reflects that. Instead, as said before, the line wraps around the store on a random Wednesday at 11:00 with 2 cash registers working when they have 16 available. Terrible management.
